Currently, intelligent CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems are widely used in industries with high cleaning requirements, such as bio-fermentation and pharmaceuticals, to achieve hygienic and sterile results.

Working principle

The CIP cleaning system automatically prepares the cleaning solution through a programmed (adjustable) setup. The solution is then transported, circulated, discharged, and recycled via pneumatic control valves, a delivery pump, and a return pump, completing the entire cleaning process. An automated online cleaning system, comprised of a conductivity meter and a PLC touchscreen, enables automated online cleaning.
